Cadbury To Acquire Nantucket Allserve
U.K.-based confectionery and drinks group Cadbury Schweppes has agreed to acquire juice maker Nantucket Al­lserve, Nantucket, MA, from Ocean Spray Cranberries, Lakeville-Middleboro, MA. The transaction will bring the Nantucket Nectars juice brand alongside Cadbury’s other non-carbonated drinks such as Snapple and Mistic.
